Randolph West defeated Roxbury American 6-5 on Tuesday July 27 at Kiwanis Field in Roxbury to win the 8 year old Roxbury All-Star Tournament. Trailing 5-4 heading into the top of the 6^th, Joseph Mancuso singled and Zach Rosen doubled to tie the game at 5-5. Will Flanagan then knocked in Rosen for the go ahead run. Flanagan, who was 2-3 on the night with 2 RBI’s pitched a gem in the bottom of the 6^th inning striking out all 3 Roxbury batters for the save. Collin Wildstein and Dylan Lawler had two hits a piece for Randolph while Joseph Mancuso had 3 hits. Brendan Hoagland from Roxbury was 2-3 with a double and triple and 3 RBI’s.
